Neil began exploring film photography more than 50 years ago. Growing up in Florida, with easy access to the Everglades and nearby wildlife sanctuaries, he developed a deep appreciation for landscape, nature, and wildlife photography. Later, after moving to Texas, friendships with photographers who ran a glamour studio gave him the opportunity to study, respect, and admire the human form. Now living in the mountains of North Carolina, his focus has returned to landscapes, nature, and wildlife. Advances in digital image storage, processing, and AI tools have brought fresh excitement both to his current work and to the images he has captured over the decades.
